I was in Adelaide for just one night, and took the one and a half hour drive south to a place that sounded interesting: Second Valley. I spent three hours there, wandering along the shore and watching the sun set, climbing rocks and listening to the gentle lapping of the water. This was my next-to-last photograph that night. But it captured the place so well, that it was immediately my favourite. Processing in Capture One Pro only involved subtle adjustments, which just emphasises how ethereal the scene really was. Magical.
